Initial Meeting

1-hour meeting + 1-hour survey

Initial Consulting Session with an AEC consultant to gather past data and develop priorities for the plan. Here we will go over which topics will be covered and who will is responsible for the decisions made regarding each topic. Contacts will be gathered for later due-diligence.

Plan Development

Approx. 2 weeks

During this time we will be in constant communication with you and the contacts you provided compiling the data we need to construct our first draft within 1 week. Providing time for feedback and a final draft to be approved.

Final Debrief

1-hour meeting

During this final meeting, you will have your Distance Learning Contingency Plan reviewed. During this time our consultants will discuss strategies for execution and success of plan objectives and initiatives.
